Thank you for shopping with InfiniSpheres! Below you will find all the information you need regarding how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

       Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — Free on orders over $50; otherwise a flat fee applies at checkout.

       Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

       Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery — Available on select orders; rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (such as holidays).

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

InfiniSpheres is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:

       Checking with neighbors or building management.

       Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

       Reaching out to us we will do our best to assist you.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. InfiniSpheres is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately We will attempt to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
