Return & Refund Policy

At InfiniSpheres, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided:

       The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

       The item is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

       The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

       Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

       Opened personal care or hygiene products.

       Downloadable or digital goods.

       Gift cards.

       Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

       Email us within 30 days of delivery.

       Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

       We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

       Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, in which case InfiniSpheres will cover the return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

       Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

       Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value if the original item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
